Each candle is unique, so slight imperfections such as color change or irregularities in the surfaces may occur. This is for aesthetics only and will not affect combustion performance.
1. Returns and Exchanges:
Customers can return or exchange their order within 14 days of receiving their order.
Candles must be in their original packaging and must be in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds:
Customers can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
Refunds will be issued once candles have been received and checked to ensure they are in new condition.
Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
3. Return costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the candles.
If the candles are defective or not as described, we will bear the cost of return.
Keep candle out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and be sure to extinguish it as soon as you leave a room for a long time.
Do not touch or move a lit candle, risk of burns.
Always place the candle on a flat surface, away from drafts, curtains and away from a heat source.
When lighting several candles, place them at least 20 cm apart.
Use a suitable candle holder for candles without a container, they liquefy as they burn
