1. Returns and Exchanges:
   Customers can return or exchange their order within 14 days of receiving it.
   Candles must be in their original packaging and in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds:
   Customers can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
   Refunds will be issued once the candles have been received and inspected to ensure they are in new condition.
   Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
   Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the candles.
   If the candles are defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are determined at the time of payment.

Keep the candle out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and make sure to extinguish it when you leave a room for an extended period.
Do not touch or move a burning candle to avoid the risk of burns.
Always place the candle on a flat surface, away from drafts, curtains, and heat sources.
When lighting multiple candles, place them at least 20 cm apart from each other.
Use a suitable candle holder for candles without containers, as they melt as they burn.
