Honey from the Pyrenees

1. Returns and Exchanges:
   Customers can return or exchange their order within 14 days of receiving it.
   Candles must be in their original packaging and in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds:
   Customers can request a full refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
   Refunds will be issued once the candles have been received and inspected to ensure they are in new condition.
   Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   If the candles are defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are determined at the time of payment.

Honey is subject to a European requirement for labeling with a "Best Before" date (BBD), but please note that honey is a product that never expires! Additionally, it should be stored at room temperature, away from heat, and not in the refrigerator! Over time, honey may crystallize, which is a perfectly normal and natural process and is actually a sign of quality!
